Before you order
Where do the leads come from?
Public business information only: the business's own website, Google Business profiles, industry directories and public social pages. Riley doesn't buy, scrape-and-dump or resell lists. Each list is built for your brief.
Is it legal to email these leads?
Riley collects business contact details that the business has published. You're responsible for how you contact them. In Australia that means following the Spam Act 2003: identify yourself, keep your message relevant to their business, and include an easy way to unsubscribe. Other countries have similar rules.
Will I get the same leads as someone else?
No. Every list is researched for one client and isn't sold again.
What areas do you cover?
Australia is the main focus, with New Zealand, the UK and the US available too. Tell Riley where your customers are and you'll hear back if the brief is too narrow to fill.
How do I pay?
You'll get an invoice after you approve your free sample. Pay by card or bank transfer. Work starts once it's paid.
What if the leads aren't a good fit?
Tell Riley what's off after the sample and the brief gets adjusted before the full list is built. That's the point of the sample.
